In 2022, Cheek Media made waves with their iconic first edition, the“Good morning to everyone except Peter Dutton” T-shirt. Fast forward to today, this new edition marks an exciting evolution for both the brand.
In the rare event that your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will happily provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. For these cases, please contact us at support@editionss.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Since many of our items are sold as pre-orders, the timeline for your order includes multiple stages:
1. Pre-Sale Campaign (10 Days)
• Each brand’s pre-sale window typically lasts 10 days, during which customers can place their orders. The exact timeframe may vary and will be listed on the product page.
2. Production Period (4-8 Weeks)
• Once the pre-sale closes, production begins. This process generally takes 4-8 weeks, depending on the product and the brand.
• We keep customers updated throughout production, and you can log into your customer portal at any time to check your estimated delivery date.
3. Order Fulfilment & Shipping
• Once production is complete, orders are shipped to our warehouse, where they are processed within 2 business days.
• After processing, normal shipping times apply based on your selected shipping method at checkout.
