At Editionss, we work with brands to create made-to-order merchandise through a pre-order model, ensuring high-quality production while minimising waste. We also stock select items available for immediate shipping. Please review the details below to understand our pre-sale, production, and shipping process for both pre-orders and in-stock items.

Pre-Order Processing & Shipping Times

Since many of our items are sold as pre-orders, the timeline for your order includes multiple stages:

1. Pre-Sale Campaign

• Each brand’s pre-sale window typically lasts 10 days, during which customers can place their orders. The exact timeframe may vary and will be listed on the product page.

2. Production Period (4-6 Weeks)

• Once the pre-sale closes, production begins. This process generally takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the product and the brand.

• We keep customers updated throughout production, and you can log into your customer portal at any time to check your estimated delivery date.

3. Order Fulfilment & Shipping

• Once production is complete, orders are shipped to our warehouse, where they are processed within 2 business days.

• After processing, normal shipping times apply based on your selected shipping method at checkout.

Standard Shipping for In-Stock Items

For items that are in stock and ready to ship, we follow a standard processing and shipping timeline:

1. Processing Time

• Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase.

2. Shipping Time

• Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Your estimated delivery date is based on the total timeline of the pre-sale period (if applicable), production, warehouse processing, and shipping time. This will be displayed at checkout and available in your customer portal.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• International shipping is available, and customs fees may apply depending on your country.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey.
