Most releases are produced in limited runs or made to order. When an edition is finished, it may not come back.

TRACKED DELIVERY

Orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival. Pre-sale items will show their expected production and delivery timing before purchase.

Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed products are always covered. Want extra flexibility? Add OrderFlex at checkout for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.

Delivery timing is shown on each product page. In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days. Pre-order items are made after the sale closes and dispatched within the estimated window shown. Tracking will be emailed once your order is on its way.

As our releases are limited or made to order, change-of-mind and sizing exchanges are only available when OrderFlex is added at checkout.

OrderFlex includes one exchange for another available size or style within 14 days of delivery. You pay to return the original item to us; we cover delivery of the replacement. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit.

Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items remain covered regardless of OrderFlex.
