Core garments such as tees, hoodies and jerseys are produced through dedicated partners with deep experience in those silhouettes. Accessories — such as headwear — are handled by specialist factories focused solely on that category.

This approach ensures better fit consistency, cleaner finishes, and more reliable outcomes than generalist production.

All partner factories are required to meet ethical workplace standards as a baseline. Certification coverage varies by partner, and we actively encourage ongoing compliance and improvement across the network.

Materials are sourced through advanced fabric mills in China, chosen for technical capability, consistency and performance.

Our fabric partners operate within recognised international standards covering textile safety, quality management and ethical manufacturing. Depending on fibre type and application, materials align with frameworks such as OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, and ISO-certified systems, alongside broader social compliance programs including BSCI and SEDEX.

SYSSTEM prioritises close geographic proximity between mills, factories and finishing partners — reducing transport, speeding up production, and minimising waste through tighter coordination.

Rather than offering unlimited choice, we work from a controlled library of proven materials selected for hand feel, durability, wash performance and suitability for different embellishment methods.

For specialty or enterprise projects, premium materials can also be sourced from select mills in Japan, Italy and Portugal where higher-spec requirements call for it.

Production and sourcing can be coordinated across multiple regions, with logistics structured to support consolidated shipping and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) solutions where required.

Quality is managed throughout the production process, not inspected at the end.

All projects move through pre-production sampling and approval before bulk manufacturing begins. During production, factory-level quality control programs are in place, with additional checks applied depending on project scale and complexity.

Digital approvals and documentation are used across each stage to ensure accuracy, consistency and traceability from sample to final delivery.
