FROM IDEA TO EDITION.
There’s a lot that happens before something becomes something you can wear.
01 — THE IDEA
Every edition begins with the people behind it. Together, we develop the idea into a product; working through the shape, fit, colour, artwork and small details that make it theirs.
02 — THE SAMPLE
Before production begins, we make it first. Samples let us see how the design works in real life: how it fits, how the fabric feels, where the artwork sits and what needs changing. We refine it until it’s ready.
03 — THE MATERIAL
Fabric and trims are selected for each product, then prepared for production. Depending on the material, that can mean testing, washing, shrinkage control or simply giving the fabric time to relax before it’s cut.
04 — CUT, MAKE, FINISH
The fabric is laid out and cut into the individual pieces of the garment. Printing, embroidery and other details are added at the right stage, before the pieces are sewn together and finished with labels, trims and any final treatments.
05 — THE CHECK
Quality is checked throughout production, then again when the product is complete. We look at measurements, construction, artwork, finishing and overall appearance before anything is approved for packing.
06 — ON ITS WAY
Finished pieces are folded, labelled and packed before leaving the factory for our fulfilment warehouse. From there, they’re ready for their final journey — to you.
